    Why write a specification first

A booking system becomes the centre of your daily work. When the requirements are written down up front, a wrong choice costs far less.

    An accurate price

The price depends on the number of suppliers, the products and the B2B requirements. With a specification, the offer is concrete rather than an estimate.

    Forgotten requirements

Things like credit limits, refunds, currency and reports often come up only at the end of a project. The template asks about them up front.

    Comparable offers

Send the same document to several companies and you can compare their offers against the same requirements.

    A useful demo

In the demo we show scenarios for your products and workflow, not generic features.

    How to use it

The easiest way is the online form above. The PDF can be filled in on a computer, or printed and completed by hand.
