Integrations
Your booking system connects out of the box to GDSs, airline NDC channels, hotel suppliers, tour and transfer systems and the online payments of Azerbaijani banks. If a system is not on the list but has an API, we can connect it too.

What each category gives you
All sources come together in one search: the customer doesn’t see the difference, and you sell the best offer.
Flights
GDSs (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) give an agency the fares of hundreds of airlines. NDC channels and aggregators add fare bundles, baggage and NDC-only fares. Low-cost carriers appear in the same search.
Hotels and bedbanks
Bedbanks give hundreds of thousands of hotels through one contract. Online platforms and your own direct hotel contracts connect too, and when the same hotel comes from several sources it is shown once, at the best price.
Hotel systems
With channel managers and PMS we work for the hotel itself: rooms, rates and bookings sync with the website automatically, reducing the risk of double bookings.
Tours and excursions
Excursion, ticket and activity platforms are added to your tours and packages. The customer completes the trip in one order.
Transfers and car rental
Airport transfers and car rental are sold together with flights and hotels. In dynamic packages a transfer can be added automatically.
Rail, bus and ferry
Rail and bus tickets are offered as an alternative to flights, especially for trips in Europe and the region.
Online payment
Online payments of Azerbaijani banks (ABB, Kapital Bank, PAŞA Bank and others), Azericard, Payriff and Epoint. 3D Secure and two-step payment (hold first, then capture) are supported.
The technical side of integration
Connecting to a supplier is only the start. For the system to work reliably every day, we also set up:
- Parallel requests: all sources are queried at once, so a slow supplier does not hold up the other results.
- Hotel mapping: the same hotel arrives under different names from different bedbanks. The system merges them into one hotel and shows the best price.
- Caching: results of frequently repeated searches are kept for a short time. This speeds things up and helps stay within suppliers’ search limits.
- Price confirmation: the price and availability are re-checked with the supplier before payment.
- API changes: GDSs and airlines update their APIs regularly. Adapting the system to these changes is included in the monthly support.

Online payment in Azerbaijan
The system can work with the online payment service of every bank operating in Azerbaijan: ABB, Azer Turk Bank, Bank of Baku, Bank Respublika, Kapital Bank, PAŞA Bank, Unibank and other banks. Connecting through Azericard, Payriff and Epoint is also possible.
You sign the contract with your own bank; we connect the payment page, 3D Secure, two-step payment and refunds to the system. Payments are linked to orders automatically and appear in reports. More: online payments on a travel website.
How a new supplier is connected
Every integration goes through four steps. The timeline depends on the supplier’s testing and certification process.
Contract
You sign a contract with the supplier, and it provides API access and documentation.
Connection
We connect search, booking, payment and post-booking operations to the system.
Testing
Real scenarios are tested in the supplier’s test environment.
Certification
Once the supplier approves, the integration goes live.
Frequently asked questions
More: Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport and what is NDC.
Whose name is the supplier contract in?
Yours. We only handle the technical connection; commercial terms, net rates and commissions stay between you and the supplier.
Can you connect a system that is not on the list?
Yes, if it has an API or an XML connection. We review the documentation and give you the timeline and price in writing.
We don’t have a GDS or hotel contract yet. What should we do?
Together we choose the GDS, consolidator or hotel supplier that fits your sales volume, and we help with the paperwork during the connection.
Are results from several suppliers shown in one search?
Yes. The system merges results from all connected sources, removes duplicates and shows the best fare.
What happens when a supplier’s API changes?
We adapt the system to the new version. This is included in the monthly support, so the change does not stop your sales.
If the same hotel is with two suppliers, does the customer see it twice?
No. The system merges the same hotel from different suppliers and shows it to the customer once, at the best price.
Which bank is best to work with?
It depends on the fee the bank offers, its currency options and whether it supports two-step payment. Since the system can work with several banks, the choice is yours, and we help you compare the terms.
Supplier not on the list?
Tell us its name; we’ll check its API and get back to you.
