Hotel booking system
A hotel booking system shows rooms from several suppliers in one search, picks the best offer and confirms the booking automatically. Your customer chooses a hotel on your website, pays and gets the voucher right away.

How the hotel booking system works
A search goes to suppliers such as Hotelbeds, WebBeds, RateHawk, Expedia and Booking.com at the same time. Even when one hotel arrives under different names, the system recognises it, merges the offers and shows the best price for each room.
Your directly contracted hotels appear in the same list. As soon as the supplier confirms the booking, the voucher goes to the customer and the invoice goes to accounting.
Pricing rules are set separately by destination, star rating, supplier and agent. For example, you can apply one markup to Istanbul hotels and another to Dubai hotels, or show discounted prices to selected agents. Every change appears on the website and portal right away.

What the system does
Every step from search to voucher runs automatically in the system.
Unified search
The same hotels from different suppliers are merged, duplicates removed, and results filtered by price, stars and distance.
Price comparison
For the same room, the best supplier offer is selected automatically.
Booking and voucher
The booking is confirmed with the supplier instantly and the voucher is emailed to the customer.
Cancellation terms
Each offer clearly shows its cancellation rules and the last free cancellation date.
Pricing rules
Set your own markup per destination, hotel and agent.

Frequently asked questions
Did not find your question? Message us on WhatsApp.
Which suppliers do you work with?
We have API integration experience with suppliers such as Hotelbeds, GoGlobal, Hotelston, HotelsPro, Vanilla and Booking.com. We can also connect another supplier you have a contract with.
Can we add our own hotel contracts?
Yes. You can enter directly contracted hotels, allotments and rates in the panel and sell them alongside API offers.
Does it work together with the flight system?
Yes. The hotel module runs in the same panel as the flight and tour modules, and you can build flight + hotel packages.
How does the hotel booking system show cancellation terms?
Each offer shows the last free-cancellation date and the penalty amount. The customer sees this before paying.
Where do hotel photos and descriptions come from?
They come automatically from the suppliers’ catalogues. For directly contracted hotels you add photos and text in the panel.
Does the hotel booking system handle group bookings?
Yes. Several rooms can be chosen in one order, with guests entered for each room. For large groups the request goes to a manager so a special rate can be requested from the supplier.
