NDA as standard
Work starts with a non-disclosure agreement. Project information stays with the team members working on it.
Separate server and database
Each company’s system runs on its own server and its own database. One client’s prices, orders and agents never appear in another’s system.
We don’t disclose client names
On our website, social media and in presentations we never show our clients’ names, logos, suppliers or prices.
Contracts in your name
Contracts with GDS, hotel and transfer suppliers are signed in your name. The customer base, bookings and reports belong to you.
Access rights
In the system each employee and agent sees only the sections they need: separate roles for manager, cashier, accountant and sub-agent.
Corporate email: who runs it is your choice
Group requests after trade fairs, price correspondence with suppliers and quotes all arrive by email. If those messages reach a competitor, it is a direct loss.
- Every company has its own mail server. There is no mail system shared with other clients.
- If you wish, you run your email entirely yourselves. In that case the mail server and all its settings are managed only by your team.
- If you wish, we have no access to your email at all. It runs separately, wherever you choose.

Why are there no client case studies on your website?
Travel companies keep their suppliers and prices hidden from competitors. We don’t publish this information either. To see the system, we offer a demo.
Can your other clients see my data?
No. Each company’s system runs on a separate server and a separate database; there is no shared database.
Do you have access to my corporate email?
That is your choice. We can run your email, you can run it yourselves, or it can run separately wherever you choose, with no access from us at all.
When is the NDA signed?
At the start of our work, before project details are discussed. An NDA is standard for all our clients.
What happens to my data when we stop working together?
The data belongs to you. The customer base, bookings and reports are handed over to you, and supplier contracts are already in your name.
